I’ve decided to be a vegetarian for one week.
There are a few reasons why I am doing this
One is to exercise myself to change my eating style
Another is to challenge myself to show my own self-control.
I think I am relying too much on chicken, beef and other meats. I’m becoming a bit gluttonous in my meat consumption. My tastes are so much away from that non-meat realm right now. I am always trying to get a broader range of taste buds. This has been neglected, and I want to get to that point again. I need a more balanced diet.
By the end I expect to have a broader range of taste buds. Also, I think my system will be cleaned out.
What am I going to eat?
this is hard because I will usually casually have meat related leftovers at night or for breakfast. Now, my eating will have to be more purposeful. I need to plan in advance.
no meat, no eggs, no fish. Dairy is okay. Those are the rules so far.
I don’t aim to go for morningstar or faux meats. although.. maybe. We will see how the week goes.
